A few days ago, I had the golden opportunity to discuss and speak with the CEO of the Thorne Enterprises, Owen Thorne at his luxurious restaurant, Chateau De Noir.

To those who don't know, Owen Thorne is a co-writer at none other than The Royale Melody Theatre! And recently Thorne Enterprises and The Royale Melody Theatre brought up a partnership and their first project together is a web series...DOCTOR WHO!

This is how our conversation went:

Percyy : So, Owen, tell me how you and Ace met.

Owen : Actually, this place where we are sitting (Chateau De Noir) is the key to the story. Sort of why I chose this location for our interview. As we all know Ace has a lot of experience in the game with filming and of course, The Royale Melody Theatre. When I opened Chateau De Noir, Rei Spirit from TRMT came on behalf of Ace for a sponsorship deal between us. That led to us meeting. I actually had some experience in the creative writing under my belt from years on various Roleplay forums. So I got a job as a script writer at the Theatre.

Percyy : Whoa! That's one hell of a story. Tell me about Doctor Who. How did you get the idea of doing a web series on Doctor Who?

Owen : He had been planning a Doctor Who live show at the Theatre, a 1-time event thing. So, one day he said in PC, "Hey, you like Doctor Who?". So, very soon The Royal Melody Theatre will be running a series of show dates for a 2 part Doctor Who short called The Fourteenth Face.

But after that, we're launching production on a web series following this incarnation, and his companion Louise, who is a lot of fun and a really solid partnership for him!

Percyy : When are we expecting the web series to be released?

Owen : It's still in early development, we're working on the script for the 2-[art live show, at the same time planning the 1st season's episode plots & order, so it could be some time before TARDIS hits youtube, but we're really working hard.

Percyy : So, tell me, will be live shows be held at the The Royale Melody Theatre only?

Owen : Yes. Dates will be released soon, the poster art work is done for a few upcoming shows. We have a horror called Grotesque, Wizard of Oz is returning and a murder mystery called Murder At The Ruby's.

Percyy : Damn, damn!

Owen : It's going to be a big year on screen and on stage! ;D

Percyy : I'm sure it will be. On behalf of the citizens I'd like to dearly thank Thorne Enterprises and The Royale Melody Theatre for working so hard and giving us pure quality!

Owen : Thank you so much! And thanks for having me with you!

Percyy : Oh the pleasure's all mine.

Owen : Picture time?

Percyy : Hell yeah!

Keep a lookout for Doctor Who! (who knows, I may cover the entire journey. wink, wink)
